Escape rooms are interactive games in which players hunt for clues and solve puzzles in order to complete a scenario and "escape" the room. Check out our unique themes here!

Our games are generally suitable for ages 12+, but each room may have specific age requirements. Please check the requirements of each game before reserving a room. Players ages 12-14 must have at least one adult be a participant in the room with them.

Each room accommodates a minimum quantity and maximum quantity of participants, as noted. Larger groups may split and play multiple rooms at/around the same time.

Please arrive 15-20 minutes PRIOR to your scheduled game time. This time will be used to get your team checked in, let everyone go to the bathroom, and cover our pre-game intro. If you're late, your time may be cut short because of a group coming in after you or you may not be able to play at all. There are no refunds for cancellations due to latecomers. Please do not be late!

Special event games may be scheduled at any date/time outside of our normal hours. Please email us for availability and pricing.

Games typically have a "base price" that includes the minimum quantity of tickets for that particular game - usually 3 or 4 tickets. Each additional ticket above the "base price" is $30 per person, up to the maximum for the particular room. Ticket prices may vary at each location and for each room, so check the booking page for most current pricing.

The participant numbers are set based on the room difficulty and the types of puzzles - they're in place to ensure the best possible experience for groups. If you'd like to play with just 2 players, just book the minimum number of tickets and show up with 2 people. The minimum ticket purchase is generally 3 tickets for most games.

We offer exclusively private bookings, which means it will only be your group in the room and no strangers will be allowed to purchase tickets for that game. The minimum ticket purchases help offset our operation costs and still enable us to offer all private bookings.

Click here! Our normal business hours are generally Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, but may vary by location. But we're available every day of the week by special request. If you'd like to book a game outside our normal hours, please email us with your preferred dates, times, and games.

Since all of our rooms are private, you can just bring additional players and pay for them upon arrival. Please note that the total number of players must be within the room's capacity.

Treat your escape room ticket like a movie or concert ticket. All sales are final and refunds will not be issued for cancellations or no-shows. If you need to reschedule your game, you can do so with at least 24 hours notice. Just click the "View/change booking" button in your confirmation email to select a different game time.

All the wits, reasoning, and sleuthing skills you can muster! Leave the bolt cutters at home. You won't need any prior knowledge, skills, trivia, etc. The answers to the clues and puzzles are all in the room, but it's up to you to find them!

It's not a scary experience at all! Players can let themselves out if they need to take a break or use the restroom.

Don't worry, we'll still let you out (turns out kidnapping is bad for repeat business). Solving the puzzles will be much more satisfying though!

Nope, sorry. Photos and videos aren't allowed inside the game rooms so we can keep the clues and puzzles secret for future players. We're happy to take a group photo in our lobby afterwards.

Please save the drinks for after the game! Alcohol is not allowed in the room. In fact, players who appear to be under the influence will be turned away and no refund will be given. This is for the safety of staff, property, and guests.
